20 MINUTES?!!!!! I agree with Dan. Get a new lab, or talk to them about why they require that, because all the labs around here just say one hour, and keep it at body temp, so it must be possible to do it after that long. Maybe they have REALLY SLOW people at their front desk, or maybe they just don't like to be rushed.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
