I don't proceed with the infert W/U id we don't get the SA. The Andrologist that Pete Peterson worked with in Ann Arbor - had a very big room with a bed - video - and various magazines - and a bathroom. They couple was sent in there (it also had a lock) and told - "we don't care how you get it as long as it is in the cup when you come out!" Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
