Re: alternatives to medical practiceFrom: Joanne Bulley, MD (islesannie@yahoo.com)Tue Aug 5 19:28:56 2003
Check out Gigi hirsch's company: http://www.premierhealthcare.com/cgi-bin/author.cgi?author_id=192 Before she got this company going - I went to her for career counselling as I was trying to decide whether I was an IDIOT for going into medicine - and the result was that I realized to stay in medicine I had to make some drastic changes in my work place - I tried at my original work place and that did not work - and I went into private practice. I am considering after the kid graduates from HS this next year doing LT stuff for a few years and then ... who knows? Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
