One of my pt had first trimester screening test for Down at 8 wks. According to the result only PAPP and free B-hCG without NT were included in this test. Has anybody heard about first trimester screening test for Down syndrome that includes measurement PAPP and free-B-hCG without NT and that it can be done startng from 8 wks? Is this test available? Thanks in advance.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
