ABOG Case list software

I apologize in advance as my wife is the medical professional, but hoped for any help or suggestions.

She is compiling her cases to sit for the oral boards using the ABOG Case List software. After getting just about all the info entered, she went back through and found many of the entries to be missing criteria, IE Apgar scores, newborn weight etc, these are things that were previously entered and dissapeared for no apparent reason.

Anyone have something similiar happen? Any suggestions? It looks like the info is gone for good, so regardless she has to re-input much of what she has already done. But we are trying to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Thank you.

Jon

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
