Hi, I got this 29 years old g2p2 with Complex Hyperplasia With atypia on endometrial biopsy as well as on a D&C done with hysteroscopy. I talked to her about maybe a few months of Megace or provera & then resample , but I told her she should hurry up & finish her family because we don't know what happens in the future, she has* NO *future plans for having kids ........ would you then offer a hysterectomy ? What would be the advantage on siting on a time bomb like this for many many years? Thanks

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
