Interesting VBAC

Any comments?

G3P2 at 41-42 weeks presented in labor. Pt has prior hx of LUTCS and VBAC. Pt pushes for five hours without delivery. At cesarean catastrophic uterine rupture noted. Baby 12 pounds 2 ounces and stillborn. Mom recovering without physical sequelae.
