Pegasus Mail is an excellent e-mail program. It is a freeware program that can be located at <http://www.pegasus.usa.com/>, but the last time I checked it did not do IMAP e-mail. (The author, David Harris, is actually from Australia. It's biggest advantage is that it is not a Microsoft product and, therefore few, if any, people are writing virus material to attack it.

If you wish to do IMAP e-mail, Eudora recently made Eudora Pro available at no charge (actually, the charge is a small advertisement in the lower right corner of the screen). It works well, with a few minor programming problems -- it crashes too often -- and can be had for free at <http://www.eudora.com>. Regrettable, Eudora Lite is no longer available, but I can locate a copy if anybody wishes.

A number of free and inexpensive e-mail clients can be located at: <http://www.tucows.com/perl/tucowsSearch> and typing in "e-mail". Currently, tucows will give 248 hits.

Finally, anybody with a little experience in Visual Basic can easily wright a personalized e-mail package for themselves. If anybody wants further information, feel free to e-mail me.

I'm moving over to Pegasus mail, and staying away from MS, but are y'all getting nervous about attachments to emails? I know The Man likes to keep us informed, and he did say he loved me the other day, but what are y'all doing about the virus epidemic?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
