They were completely normal, the only abnormal coagulation labs were her platelet count, 49,000 and Bleeding time over 30 minutes. Hence the most likely Dx would be hyperspleenism, not a coagulopathy.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
