4th degree tear/reconstruction

I have a client who had a fourth degree tear last year. This was following the vaginal birth of a 10 lb 12 oz, presenting posterior brow, by vacuum. She has asked me what would be involved in recovering from a procedure to re-repair her rectum and a perineal flap. Would anyone know of a ob/gyn in the Toronto area with good results.

thanks,

Freda

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
