Antispasmolytics

I need some information from our European colleagues please. I am in Prishtina, Kosovo with DOW on a Maternal/Infant project. We are trying to help set up a new minority clinic & the locals insist that antispasmolytics need to be on the formulary. In fact, on a health house trip we've observed that an antispasmolytic, ? Spasfon, is routinely given along with pitocin for induction. Can someone enlighten me on this, or where to find info? Much appreciated & I would love to hear from anyone else who is familiar with the practices of this wonderful country.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
