Humm... I have been a vegetarian for 17 years and actually follow most
of this diet anyway (not intentionally). With the exception of wheat
and salmon (I just started eating this a few years back), I stay away
from all of the other "bad" foods on the list. Actually, I don't eat
much wheat anyway because I notice that it make me bloated.
I'm curious, does anyone know why salmon is "bad"? Wild salmon is one of
the healthiest and most balanced foods you can put into you body! Even
though I only eat salmon 1-2 times a week, should I seriously consider
cutting this out? I want to know why you can eat other oily fish with
the exception of salmon? I do have HORRIBLE pain EVERY SINGLE month, but
I have a hard time believing that my salmon and wheat eating habits are
to blame as I don't consume them heavily. Ugh... I get pretty
frustrated with this stupid disease and all of the "dos and don'ts"!!!
