Hi Dawn, Thank you for your info! I am up here in Canada, and I don't think that the progesterone cream is available here....I'll have to check that out. I use Nature's Way Acidophilus with bifidum, from the local health food store. I was trying to increase my intake with yogurt ~ but have since cut all dairy out of my diet as I had mentioned...but maybe that's an option for you?
