I was on Lupron for 3 months and it worked for me. I had mild cramping and the first month I had a heavy period. After my 3rd month I got back on Depo Provera and I went back to normal. I was just wondering WHAT ARE THE LONG TERM SIDE EFFECTS OF LUPRON ANYWAY? I don't thnk I had any problems dealing with the side effects as far as cramping, and hot flashes. I just had to deal with them and to tell you the truth to me they were not that bad compared to the pain of endo. I think everything was worth it because I want to have kids and I know that was my only option because I am not going on any diet or anything else. Good Luck and Keep us posted
