Advice Please (Long..Sorry!)

I have been having a horrible last month and no sure what to do ...

I was diagnosed with Endo in 2000 (through surgery). Since then I have been on continous birth control and try to do Tai Chi to help with the pain. Also I have tried acupuncture and am trying to start up again (before it didn't have much effect I am hoping this next time will be different.)

Normally I still have pain about 7-10 days out of a month and have no desire to move but this last month I have had it everyday, I can't sleep at nights, I have a horrible migraine, and the pain is in my back as well as in my lower abdomin (around my ovaries where my normal pain is)! Also I pretty much bleed everyday.

I take Vicidan for the pain but it barely works (I think my body is getting used to it) and after the 10 pills I have left my doc says no more. In fact my doc sucks, he refuses to see me again unless I agree to go on Lupron but I am a medical research scientist and 22 and refuse to go on this.

Now today I passed a huge clot (the size of a tampon that was a little white sac filled with blood vessels). It really scared me.

I don't know what to do. I went to my normal doctor last week and they said they just figured it was all endo because there was nothing else wrong with me.

Would another surgery help? Maybe I have lots of new adhesions? I really can't live like this - as it is I just want to curl up in bed and never get up!
