I do agree with the others.. the short acting medications (Vicodin, Percocet, etc) do tend to make people "loopy" so I wouldn't recommend them. How about MS Contin or Oxy Contin? As I said before, I have been on MS Contin for 2 months and have never felt any "mental" effects from the drug at all. It's really neat.. it just takes the pain away without taking you into la la land!!
