Re: Accupunture for Endo painFrom: Lori (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon Sep 20 16:47:06 2004
Hi, I have just recently tried accupunture for healing of my adrenal glands/chronic fatigue(have been mostly pain free from other things) associated with endo. I felt great temporarily, but since I have other treatments right now, I am not going to continue this until perhaps later if I need to(money needs to go towards supplements..) I looked into it quite a bit & inquired on the endo natural site. The consesus seemed to be their that I perceived was: yes it is a temporary relief from pain, but when done with the right accupuncurist(very important) their should be quite a bit of healing, which then in turn would lead to less pain. Most suggested at least 10 sessions to see results. My opinion is that when you use the herbs(I had great success with herbs also) suggested along with the accupunture the chances for success are greatly enhanced. It seems they concentrate on the entire body, but for endometriosis optimal liver function is very important. If you want to talk to more women who have done it look up endo natural on yahoo. or I can get you the link.
