I also have a tipped uterus, but as I understand, it is something you are born with and not something that just suddenly happens. I think you have always had a tipped uterus and maybe nothing was mentioned until now. As far as I know, endo would not cause this to happen. It can be a cause of painful sex because during penetration, the penis is actually hitting the uterus due to how the uterus is sitting inside. All of my doctors have always told me it is very common and nothing to be concerned about. Rough sex would make it hurt worse, but for me, even gentle sex can be painful because of my uterus, and also my endo. So don't let the doctor tell you that rough sex is causing your pain! Hope this helps! It is nothing to worry about! I am 33 and have known mine was tilted for 15 years or better and nothing bad has ever happened because of it. Hugs! Amy
