I had preterm labor with both of them. cramping was bad...my son was born early...but...my daughter went to 39 weeks...Yeah!! also..after the baby breastfeeding was a blessing...yet when she weaned, then it got bad again. I had endo pain throughout...spotting yes. sorry to offer bad news I want you to be prepared as to what could happen, it doesn't mean it will happen.
