Yea! so glad to hear you tried it, it really does work! So many Drs. do not believe in it, but hey have they tried it? The kind I take is 20mg per dose 2 x a day, so look at what your dosage is. Everyone is different, I noticed a difference the 1st period that came, but it did not really start to take away my all my cramps until months later.
