Hi! I also felt pretty bad after my lap. It took me about 2 full weeks to completely recover. After the first week, I was up and doing a little cleaning, but that was it! lol! My period started on time, but was a little painful after the lap. For me I was really bummed after the lap. I just felt down all the time. But once I was feeling better and I could get out of the house, I was fine. Hope you feel better soon!
