Re: I need some Advice

Hi! I have yet to be diagnosed with intestinal endo...but I do have endo...had a lap. last year. I am very sure that it is the endo causing troubles with my bowels. I was told that I may have IBS. But I kept a record of what I ate, and nothing I ate gave me problems..the pains and stomach troubles just came at any time. So I have an appt. with a GI dr. at the end of April to discuss my options. I will most likely have a lap. done again with a GI surgeon standing by in case other work needs to be done.

My symptoms are a lot like IBS, but here it is: At any given time I will have horrible gas type pains in my lower stomach area, the only way to get this pain to ease up is to have a bm...which doesn't always happen. The pain is excrutiating at times and it will last near 2 hours. I get hot flashes, feel like I'm going to pass out, and then the pain comes. The reason why I think this is the endo is b/c after these attacks my side hurts like the endo pain does. I have been doing a lot of research on intestinal endo and this is exactly what it sounds like. With IBS food and stress trigger attacks...but I have learned that there is nothing food related to this.
