Rachel,
Try a more positive attitude. Seriously, stress makes all the symptoms
of endo worse. Remember that you are not alone but more importantly
remember that you could have it a lot worse. Be grateful for what you
do have and wake up every day thankful to be alive. I suffered with
this disease all through middle school, highschool, and college. It can
be done. Just focus on the positive.
