Hi I have been using so many different herbs,vitamins,amino acids.... since October 2003,seeing a naturopath dr.(amazing the amount of money & tonics that have been poured into this endo. body) My Dr. asked me when I went for a consultation if I slept good & woke up rested? No never!!!I felt like I was hit by a truck when I awoke in the morning. He gave me calcium/magnesium citrate liquid to take before bed(good for bones,prevents headaches,muscle relaxant...)It worked pretty well, but was still a little restless & would sometimes stay awake with swarming thoughts until 2:00 AM. Well since last week, I tried drinking Chamomile tea(antihistamine,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant & antispasmodic,IBS...)in addition to the calcium/mag. before bed & now I sleep like a rock & wake up feeling very rested. Works way better than tylenol PM... and both are very beneficial for your body in other ways! Lori God Bless
