I am 25 and have had the same problem in the past and it is very
challenging, emotionally as much as physically. Four things have
helped. 1. Increased protein through Vegetarian Protein Powder 2.
Vitamins 3. Exercise 4. Lupron. Lupron has made a HUGE difference in
my overall wellbeing. I feel 25 now, not 85.
