my ob said for me, it would be okay to take them together, although I have heard conflicting news to not take them..she stated that not enough cream gets absorbed, and it would be fine..I did my own research on it and found hardly any of the progesterone cream actually gets absorbed. but this doesn't explain the benefits...because many women feel better on it..I won't buy it because it doesn't get absorbed, and it is very pricey...too pricey for me..I can't hardly afford vitamins though..

I would definitely check with your dr.
