I know that it is sooo frustrating, and no one understands unless they have been though it themselves! So, tell me. How many times have you been told, "As soon as YOU RELAX it will happen." or another favorite-"As soon as you adopt it will happen."...people mean well, but gosh did I get sick of hearing all the famous quotes, and oh, everybody has someone they know, with similar stories of the previous banter. I have done the rounds of clomid that were allowed, had the FSH injections, and three rounds of insemination. Husband's sperm is o.k., motile, good count. I did develop fever and pain after one of the inseminations-took antibiotics to clear that up. I neve did the IVF due to fear of a heavier let down, finances, and weight gain that I had from previous hormone treatments...Don't get me wrong, all would be worth it if it would work! But, my husband and I have pretty much decided to begin the adoption process. I am going to have a laproscopy done soon though I think, to check for endometriosis. I had my tubes checked through the dye test a few years ago-they were open. Anyway, wanted to just let you know that there are others out there that DO UNDERSTAND what you are going through. Sincerely, Vickie
