Hi. I can totally relate. Mine was endo that had wrapped around a ligament that was pulling my uterus up towards my hip. The pain went away after the surgery, but now it's come back. You shouldn't get nervous, just realize that you need to get something done about it. It's very important that you see your doctor. It could be adhesions, or it could be endo, or both. There is nothing really for the pain. I mean, regular OTC medicines won't help if it is endo/adhesions. I would suggest calling the dr. ASAP. :-)
