It flairs up at period time and ovulation. My periods are getting heavier and I can't deal with this anymore. I am 41 and I feel like I am falling apart. I also notice when I am really nervous and tense these symptoms intensify. Anyone relate? ALso what can I take for the pain, does anything help?
