Jessica: Don't despair. Around the 3rd week I went completely crazy. I was an explosive device. It was scary but it only lasted about 10 days and now I feel more emotionally stable than I was before Lupron. Definately go for the exercise...some people really find it helps and it surely won't hurt. Amanda
