Endo in the actual leg is very very rare and from what I have read and found out from my doctor it is usually caused by transplantation during surgery and occurs on or near the skin. The main cause of leg pain in endo patients is referred pain. More than likely, the cause of your leg pain stems from endo lesions or adhesions in your pelvic area. Again, leg pain in endo patients is very common, but endo in the leg is very rare.
