Hi there
I just had a lap on March 23rd.  I took 2 weeks off work, just to ensure that I was feeling up to snuff before I returned.

My last lap I only took a week off, and then regretted it because I was so exhausted.

Everyone is different, and it all depends on what they have to do in there, as to how long it takes you to feel better.
