I have the same thing, exact same thing, drink cold water, Orange Juice,
stretch but slowly cause it feels bruised then try a small walk then
rest. It comes and goes but you need to keep your blood flowing or
it'll worsen and try being lively make a huge effort that's all that
helps me.
