Progesterone cream(healthfood store-takes from 1-3 months to work depending)it took away my unbearable pain. I have used it for years. I am seeing a naturopath Dr. now for 5 months(many herbs,vitamins & amino acids) for other symptoms(I am broke, but so worth it)& am feeling Great!
