Belle: I went to the chiropractor yesterday and got my back massaged and adjusted. It helped quite a bit. I'm hoping it will hold me until we've settled in Rancho Cordova. Once there, the new apartment complex has a number of heated hot tubs. I'll get into one of those as soon as we've settled somewhat. That should relax some of my tired muscles. Belle: Pain is up and down. It depends on how much I've done during the day. My back was killing me last night.
