SV: IntroductionFrom: Nano (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Dec 15 13:42:32 1999
Hi Cathy! Welcome to the forum. Terrible 14 years thats gone by you! About the explaining to hubby I don't know how to do! But I think I would start with trying to find out the reason he wants to wait. Then I'll take it from there. Maybe you already know? I might not be able to have any children of my own (have a last slight chance with just one cycle of fertility drugs) so I know that only the thought of that is a non pleasant one. Wishing well and of better days to come, and a good life despite endo. Nano diagnosed March 25, 1988 at 1st lap. Horrible situation. 2nd lap Sept 3rd, 1990. 3rd lap Jan 10, 1992. 4th lap Nov 11, 1992. No endo at eyesight, but no biopsy done. I've been in pain, tired, nasuea, all the classical symptoms. Not as horrible all the time though. 5th lap Aug 30, 1999. Cysts on both ovaries removed. Endo spots left, on ovary and colon. A couple of weeks later told they found what they at present define as border line cysts. Also known as LMP. Laparotomy 28 Oct, 1999. Right ovary removed.
