Yes Endo can move to the other ovary but inregards to to left sided pain and endo,there is a slight problem with this theory,right sided pain can cause left sided referred pain and ofcourse the other way goes as well.So i don't think there is any relation sorry.I have had cysts on both ovaries and so i have had both sides hurt,in my research<and believe me i have done ALOT of research in making my Documentary> i have not found this theory to be true.When you think about it there are only 2 choices right or left,thats a 50% chance of one or the other.It narrows the results alot.
