Becca,

I am so glad that you are all here to hear me whine, but the reason that sometimes I feel I have to apologize is b/c I'm concerned that you guys might get so tired of hearing the whining even though it wouldn't be the first time. But now that I've been reassured yet again that it's ok to whine endlessly (if need be) I won't apologize again.

My question now is how much more time do I have to give this thing before having to say I've had it? (I know that you can't answer that. I'm just being rhetorical) I've already done it 2 days, and if I do the second bath like I'm supposed to I will have completed my 3rd day. I read somewhere that it's only supposed to be done for at least 3 or 4 days, and I feel that I've reached that point now. I guess some who do it have to do it for longer time, but I wonder what that length of time is.

If I can make myself stretch it out longer (such as the two weeks that I promised myself) then I will be amazed. I've been doing them at around 1 or 2 in the afternoon b/c I keep forgetting to get up at 11 to start the first one, and then doing the second one around 6 p.m. (the time now, and should be doing it)

I will add your thought about the time to my memory banks and take it under advisement as well. Thanks a lot.

Kristy :) Jacksonville, FL

It's the little things that count with all of us ladies: flowers, candy, finding a good ob/gyn who will truly listen to us, and finding a cure for endometriosis.
