LOL I thought about that when i went to bed,sorry Monica, Milk isn't really good for endo sufferers full stop but Milk is not good for diarrehoa or for hydration as a fluid.It is too dense and as i said it is not recommended for endo sufferers,DAIRY is definately something we should all AVOID. HUGS,
