I had a laparotomy done on Dec 15 to remove my ovaries and tubes (that finished off the hyst this time) and he removed lots of scar tissue and adhesions. He also fixed my omentum (long story of what that is, lol) and so here I am, and hopefully this will fix my problem. There was NO endo found this time, yeah!!
