Elaine :) Yup I am one in the same :) My pain is just like that...i feel like someone is putting a knife up where its exit only! Sometimes the pain is through my stomach too, right where the adhesions were attached (under my appendix scar) I think (hope) that is what was causing the pain and when i finish healing it will be better...maybe you have bad adhesions too?
