Elaine: I remember reading some time back that diarrhea with periods, in those who have endo, may be related to the prostaglandins that endo implants release. One remedy was to begin taking ibuprofen several days before the onset of your period. Of course, if for any reason you shouldn't take ibuprofen (interaction with other meds), don't, but if you are ok to take ibuprofen it may be something you want to try. I tried it back when I still had periods, and it did seem to help. Hope this is helpful! Maria in Indiana
