Monica,
Water helps keep us hydrated, obviously and this helps to keep our bodies in
a state of homeostasis and helps maintain the exchange of wastes in and out
of the body through the kidneys,it also aids in keeping our blood pressure
up and at a reasonable level. The reason for drinking in regards to our
bowels, is because the water helps in preventing constipation and helps in
the action of peristalsis and helps in the process of eliminating our stool.
Monica,I hope you were able to understand what i have said.
Much Love and Big Hugs,
Belle.
