Its good to hear from you! I don't think those are grosse or dumb questions at all girl! I would think that its very possible to be endo especially since you are experiencing the pain and you have noticed the red parts of it. I have painful bm's but I just had surgery and I think that has something to do with mine, but it sounds like you have endo in the bowels, ask your doctor about it. They can do some test to check for that. I hope that this helps!
