Dear Jessica, I'm sorry you are having such a bad time. Is there any way possible that you can get the progesterone in another form besides the IUD? Those things kind of scare me. Also, when were you given the selexa? Has it had time to take effect? Does your doctor know how you feel right now? Please find a friend to share this with, who can be with you until you get over this hump. And don't despair if a hysterectomy is the only way to get relief. There are many ladies on this forum who have had hysterectomies before they wanted to, but you have to take care of you first, so that you can meet that wonderful guy waiting in the wings to be your husband. We all are concerned about you, but I don't feel like I can help you very much from here, except to pray for you and to be here for you.
