That was given to me one my first appointment with the gyn. (prior to that I was being seen by a GP, didn't have a clue what was wrong). Anyhow, it is a drug that is intendend (per my Doc) to "shut down" your female organs. That was his hope anyhow. Did not work for me but we did not know at that time that I had severe endo and adhesions. My left tube at that time had already attached itself to my bowel.
