TO ALL, Alfalfa seeds can cause significant hormone effects, it binds to estrogen and stimulates cell growth. Some forms of Alfalfa can be used to treat endocrine imbalance, hot flashes, menopause and polycystic ovaries. If you are presently taking this you should speak with your GYN to make sure it's okay. Depending on the type you are taking it may be okay or may not. I do not mean to upset anyone only to inform. :>) HUGS, Dominique
