Kristy, I am sorry to hear you are in so much pain today. I am not certain what happens next other than the insertion of the pessary. I do plan to call tomorrow and see if I can get some questions answered by the dr. But other than that I am not sure of anything else at this point. I am talking to my Mom now after a long discussion with her over the weekend about not trying to run my life, just to be there if I needed her and I would do the same for her. She had a hysterectomy when she was about 36 or 37(about the age I am now). She said the dr that did hers also had to do some pelvic wall reconstruction and also put her bladder and bowels back into place. She had three children, but my brother and I are 10 years apart. He was her last. My sister is 3 years younger than me. I feel blessed just to have been able to have my happy healthy son. I hope I answered some of your questions. I will let you know what I find out from the dr as soon as I can talk with him. LeAnn
