well as some of you are aware i mentioned a few days ago about the possibility of me losing my job. well to make a wicked long story short.....today some of us found out before the meeting that is scheduled for tomorrow evening....that our positions were being eliminated. at the end of december that is it. 4 weeks to find another job. i am hoping to go back to college to work towards something to help me make more than a lousy $9/hr after 5 years of college! the loans are incredible and i need to defer them again. i know that makes more in the future but i could also get a loan to pay off my bills now. i am in so much debt i can barely see the light of day. i try to continue with a smile etc but it is hard sometimes. all things do work together for good but sometimes it is hard to make myself believe that. i can't afford to lose my health insurance at all and that scares me to death. i can't lose my car. i will have to take 2-3 classes at night or on the weekends and work full time days still. well i guess i will end it there....oh and about 5-6 people are affected...... thanks for listening....gotta surf the net for any possible jobs! this is the 3rd time in exactly a year this has happened to me....4th since june 1998! and none have been my fault. they feel real bad and my supervisor was almost in tears talking to each one. after i came back and no one knew b/c i held up great for the next 2 hours or something like that, once another person was asked ot talk with them people put it together. we do not have to go tomorrow night to the meeting. tomorrow i am to show another girl how i do my job and she is going to be taking most of my job over. like that isn't hard right? for the next 4 weeks to train someone who has been there 3 years to do what i have learned in 3 months! well you all are so great.......
