Hi Everyone,

Well this is the quitest day ever,that or my mail isn't getting through.l am not feeling quite myself at present. l am riding my emotional rollercoaster and its been a bumpy ride. l am very low and i know i am not the first to feel this way but you sometimes feel the only one at this moment to feel this way.My pain has been up and down, so i'm coping in that regard,i am feeling very fragile thats all.Well this is also a test to see if this post gets through.I hope everyone is having a pain free nights sleep and you all had a happy thanksgiving.We don't celebrate it here but i wish we did.l have fond memories of thanksgiving in the states.l look forward to returning soon,it always makes me feel better, after i've had my USA fix <s>. Sending all my endo sisters much love and healing and pain free wishes for today and always. Best Wishes & Love,
